Cancellation by Participants: Participants may cancel their registration up to 30 days before the event for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.

Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that the CTPR is canceled or postponed by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund. The organizers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
